About Us

This group was formed during the pandemic, in January 2021 when a few bereaved mums and dads came together organically through links with friends. We found each other across continents on the internet through blogs, Facebook posts, phone-messages and talks. We started meeting on Zoom every other weekend for an hour and a half. Over the course of the year we formed a strong sense of belonging.

As a community of bereaved parents, we now feel able to reach out to other parents who might find it helpful to connect with us. We have exploratory, healing and empowering conversations that deepen our understanding of our unique predicament as human beings and find ways of gaining the ability to handle it together.
