Group Sessions

The CORe groups meet on Zoom. We are open and free. Participants are invited by existing members. They are hosted by a facilitator and last for an hour and a half. Each group has 20-25 participants who have or form links within themselves and continue to support each other outside of the group.

Saturdays

We meet every alternating Saturday starting from 9th April 2022. Our sessions run from 17:00 - 18:30 (UK Time) via Zoom.

FULL

Wednesdays

We also meet every alternating Wednesday starting from 6th April 2022. Sessions run from 17:00 - 18:30 (UK Time) via Zoom.

I'm grateful for all the friends I've met through CORe. Grief can be such a painful and lonely experience for those of us who have lost children. I think that having friends to talk to about my son has been a blessing to me....
